Cancellation Policy

**Booking Policy and Scheduling Commitment** To ensure high-quality, focused, and sustainable service delivery, all bookings are managed within a structured scheduling framework designed to balance client needs with professional capacity. Appointments are offered in clearly defined time blocks and are limited per day and per week. This approach allows for adequate preparation, individualized attention during each session, and timely follow-up where applicable. As a result, availability may be restricted, and early booking is strongly encouraged. All sessions are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Once a time slot is secured, it is exclusively allocated to the client for the duration of the scheduled service. To maintain operational sustainability and service quality: * A minimum notice period (e.g., 24–48 hours) is required for rescheduling requests. * Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the session fee. * Repeated rescheduling may limit future booking privileges to preserve equitable access for all clients. This policy is intentionally designed to support consistency, prevent overbooking, and ensure that each client receives a high-value, uninterrupted experience. By maintaining structured availability, services remain both effective and sustainable over time. Clients are encouraged to plan ahead and secure appointments that align with their availability and commitment to the process.
